Practice and procedure in for filing SLP in Supreme Court of India

Sir my question is whether dismissed SLP is also taged/ circulated along with Review Petition in a SLP (c). And whether it is permissible in Review Petition to refer and cite the documents already filed along with SLP without physically refiling them along with Review Petition?
In a review petition all documents that were perused at the time of passing the impugned order that has been challenged under review must be placed on record whether it be a petition or documents attached to such petition. When review or revision or appeal or fresh SLP or writ is filed against a court order then the entire set of petition along with documents leading to such order must be filed with the new one.
