Power of Attorney executed abroad

16-Oct-2023 (In Civil Law)
Our client (a foreign company) is filing a claim form before an IRP. A proof of authorisation is required to be filed authorising the signatory to sign the form. The company can either give a board resolution or PoA. In case the company gives a PoA to its employee, who is based out of the foreign country itself and will be signing the form there (and not in India), is this PoA still required to be adjudicated in India? The form will be signed abroad and sent to the IRP in India.
