Police not giving Clearance Certificate for lost passport.

Hi Sir I have misplaced my passport sometime back and as now I need to submit the same at my office for project travel Requirements I have applied in Meeseva and paid the fees. On submission of the application in Police Station I was told that I need to publish newspaper ad in 2 dailies which I did and gave copy to them.Also I have given affidavit supporting my complaint also.The Inspector had some question for the details on how the passport was lost which I explained to her.Her questions are pre-decided where-in she just wants to prove that it is false complaint and how much ever I try to answer the question she is coming up with new ways to prove that it is a false complain.I also came to know that she has rejected the Application amounting to loss of Meeseva fees + paper publication fees (1045+1365+1281=Rs 3691).I am not particularly bodered much regards the fees but I need to submit the police clearance certificate in order to apply for new passport which is needed for my Pr

hi if the police are not registering the complaint then you could ask them to write an writing that why they are not registering the complaint then based on that you could file writ petition in high court questioning their action

you can file writ petition im highcourt for improper and lack if action by police on your letter. if ur case is authentic this can be done without hassle. except time cobstraint, your matter can be resolved.
