MY FATHER AND GRANDUNCLE IS HAVING EQUAL SHARE IN THE THREE FLOOR SHOP ( BY REGISTERED DECREE SHEET --WITH THE HELP OF GRANDFATHER) .MY FATHER IS USING TOP 2FLOOR AND MY GRANDUNCLE IS USING GROUND FLOOR.(WITHOUT ANY LEGAL PROCEDDINGS ) BOTH FLOOR IS HAVING SEPERATE FIRM NAME ( SHOP NAME )- ELECTRICITY BILL AND TAX . MY GRANDUNCLE WITH THE EXCHANGE OF MONEY -- GIVES POSSESION TO MY 2 MORE PERSONS . DONT KNOW HOW ?? ( MAY BE GIVING HIS FIRM SHARE , GIVING HIS OWN SHARE -- WE DONT KNOW -WE DONT SIGN ANY PAPER ) --- NOW THE MARKET PEOPLE ARE SAYING THEY ARE SELLING GROUNDFLOOR ... WILL MY FATHER DO ANYTHING?? OR IN ADVANCE TO PREVENT FUTURE TENSIONS..? CAN THEY SELL WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE??

Hello app koi bhi decision le skte but according your paper se hi decide hogausme kitna share kiska h or transfer ki n.o.c. ki permission thi ya nhi.

No, if the property is registered in the name of your father also, your granduncle can't legally sale the property to anyone. But to avoid any future disputes or to make sure that he won't do the same with some illegal means, you can stop him by taking an injunction regarding allenation being co-sharer in the same property from the Civil Court.
