Plaintiff put request to introduce legal heir,one defendant approved

Sir me and my sister are defendent in a property suit the plaintif hasnt disclosed all the legal heir of the deceased after witness they had submit an-application to induct the all heir which they had not included . my lawyer file the statement to dismiss the case. the court admit this and my sister given a statement that she dont have any objection if they include other heir at this stage on this basis court had put penalty on plaintf , what now i will do

You can also give no objection to the plaintiff application. As all legal heirs are necessary to be impleaded in the suit. Therefore, the court most likely will allow the application of the plaintiff by putting some cost on the plaintiff.
