Pil to help Aspirants in supreme court can be made?

Sir, pan india exam cause havoc situation, since india is a big contry n weather condition can be predicted but can't be changed so thus time flood in many state,etc, also 85%state QUOTA, n center is conducting exm, . So this need to change. Sir can multiple issue for different exm like tet, neet, jee, cuet can be put forward in one pil. Cost for filing pil minimum, .

Whatever the case may be, you must approach hon'ble court with clean hands and you must show prima facie casue of action to the hon'ble court. PIL is for public at large and not for individual interest, hence you have a cause witch affects public at large.

Yes you can file PIL on this ground but what is the percentage of candidate is affected this flood and any other things your pil in minimum price this suggestion is given by advocate Amarjeet Kumar

Hi, Firstly, if you have a personal vested interest in such a petition a PIL should not be filed and a writ should be filed instead. Secondly, filing a PIL should be a matter of last resort after you have given representations to the necessary branches of the executive to notify them of an issue. If they fail to act you may consider filing a PIL.

Yes you may file PIL for this issue and the cost of same if doing individual is different and id you are filing through NGO then it’s different. Both you can consult in this mattet and its a good issue for a PIL can be entertained by the Supreme Court.
