PIL against NEET for not allowing candidate who has not taken biology.

Can I file a PIL against NEET and NTA for not allowing candidates who have not taken biology in their pre university course to write NEET and allow them to Peruse MBBS as NEET is the only major medical entrance exam nationwide. Also a person who has cleared NEET is capable enough to persue MBBS even though if he had not taken biology in PU. Also at the age of 17 a person is immature enough to decide if he has to take biology or not, so this will make decisions which he made then irreversible
yes you can do that but you have to convince the court that one who have passed the exam have required knowledge of biology and there knowledge not subjected to exams oriented and the valuable rights was curtailed under constitution..

Yes you can try for PIL as you infomred the Person or student who is going to join MBBS must have subject of Biology in pree degree clases.
