Petitioner case against us that we don't have walking passage.

02-Dec-2023 (In Civil Law)
We and some other party separately bought 20 katas land. We take 5 katas and the other party bought 15 katas 50years ago. Later the other sold their land to someone else. The new buyer case against us that we don't have any walking passage , the case runs almost 20 years, now our advocate is saying that they wanted to dismiss the case. Probably he received some bribe through petitioner perhaps it's a advocate advocate setting, but he didn't say what is the outcome. What should we do?

you must immediately change your advocate and proceed with the case and moreover you need a technical lawyer who will protect your interests technically, moreso there are reliefs which can be soughted and you can prove your point too
