Personal loan default for 2 banks

I lost my job due to which was unable to pay EMIs for my personal loans of RS. 15 lacs and 10 lacs from 2 different banks ...I initially paid EMIs for 2 years but could not pay for remaining tenure of 3 years .....it has been more than 8 months now I was unable to pay them ...want to know can they file a lawsuit against me and send me to jail or attach my property to their loan .....becoz recovery agents are threatening me saying they have a warrant against me please advise .....

hi, sir you should settle it as early as possible. if the lawsuit against you has been pursued chances of attachment is very much there. you can do one thing. you can meet recovery manager and ask him for settlement explaining your current situation. your situation gets better by appearing yourself before them. I genuinely understand their perspective as because am doing recovery and legal for banks. for fetching more detail on the said issue you can contact me personally.
