Person made physical relation with me with false promise of marriage

My bf did false promise of marriage and he use me physically many times and now he said he don't want to do Marriage with me .. he said family won't accept our marriage .. I am Hindu (Rajput) and he is also Hindu (Rajput) I advised him to do court Marriage but he said no .. then what should I do now ???

You can file case of rape against him . but you should decide what to do in case if you file police complaint against him , your affair and all will be publicly discussed. But if you want to fight legally , you can file a rape case. Bur as a human being and woman , i would suggest, you must leave that person , because you can force him to marry but will he and you live togathet happily . This is the question. I think it is the better option that you should forget him and live with a person who loves you from bottom of heart and who is ready to marry you. It is your choice. You are free to choose whatever you desires but think about pros and cons of your act before taking any decision.
