People living near property giving problem to leave my site for road

Recently i bought a E-khatha property in vittasandra bangalore. Which is facing 10ft road, there is a electric pole in front of the property, which is 3ft inside the road, so only 7ft of road is accessible for vehicles.
Now who as added the EB pole they are forcing us to leave 5ft of my property for road. they are not ready to relocate the pole or replace the pole side of the road.
There is a old house now in property place, we are planning to demolish and construct the house with construction loan, our loan is already approved.
Due to these people issue we are afraid to demolish the old house and start the construction.

By “they” do you mean the Bescom? Or PWD department?
If your property papers indicate clear area that you are entitled, they cannot trespass into your area.
You’ll have to get an injunction order from the court to safeguard your interests in the property and from restraining them from trespassing.

Firstly File the RTI and get all the information regarding the pole project which has been installed secondly if you find so that they made illegally you can lodged at complaint against the appropriate authority and can claim compensation.
