Pending case in Court will effect job or not

Sir I am prepared for govt jobs but I have case in court for fighting with other it affects the job or not sir
Merely fighting a case in courts would not affect your career. If you are convicted in a criminal case either with fine or with imprisonment or with both, only then the question of moral turpitude comes into question. Any person with bad or tainted moral turpitude is not eligible for employment at least three years after completion of sentence.
