Pathway Mentioned In My Family Share Property Deed

According to family share property there is a pathway mentioned in my property deed (private pathway )and we buy a property next to my family share property so we decided to build a wall on boundary of family share property.walk right persons walked on the purchased property.after some years they tried the pathway to make their permanent but I told them that is not their permanent pathway it is my purchased property ,ur permanent pathway is lying on the family share property.so they breaked the wall that I build on family share property and they also encroached in my purchased property.i want to give them a pathway only lying in my family share property that pathway is also mentioned in my property deed.will they get pathway in my purchased property?
