Parking dispute with Neighbour in 125 sqr yard builder floor

My father had given his 125 sqr yard independent house for redevelopment to a local builder in New Delhi.Since we stayed out of delhi and couldn't get the house redeveloped ourselves hence thus arrangement was done.As per the collaboration agreement one floor was to be given to the builder and rest 3 would be with us.Now the builder mentioned parking rights for 2 vehicles instead of one and my father did not read the final draft which was changed by the builder at the last moment.My father signed in good faith.Now my question is.."HOW MANY CARS CAN BE PARKED IN THE STILT PARKING OF 125 SQR YARD BUILDER FLOOR?"OUR BUILDING STILT PARKING HAS SPACE FOR 5 CARS PARKING.THE OWNER OF THE FLOOR(WHOM THE BUILDER HAS SOLD HIS FLOOR)HAS ISSUE WITH ME AND WANTS ME TO USE ONLY 2 PARKINGS AND NOT 3 AS I HAVE 3 FLOORS.PLZ GUIDE
hello clients as i can read ur issue is really very serious in this matter you have to take proper legal action on urgent basis in a manner tht the cheating done by builder can be pointed out and he cab be punished by the court of law itself. so we need to take action urgently to avoid any furure more complications.

If it is written in the agreement that 2 car parking space will be of the builder , he will get 2 car parking space, you can approach the civil court for getting 3 car parking space .
