Our land occupied by my Aunt how can i get it back

Our land occupied by my mom's sister and we don't have any original documents with us all are with my mom sister. How can we get those documents.
You can hire a lawyer and send your aunt a legal notice for the possession of that land and if she does not comply with the terms of the notice you can file a case against her under the provisions of Civil Procedure Code and also under Special Relief act.

Whose land it is? Whose name reflecting in the documents? If you know the survey number you can approach the local sub register office for obtaining EC (Encumbrance Certificate) . Based on that you will get document number and other details you will get. Then you can apply for certified copy of the document. After obtaining copy of the land, you can approach Police narrating the facts.
