Other Party Is Not Paying The Money Against My Products

Sir, I am a Company and I have supplied goods, but the other party is not paying the money so what to do? How many remedies I have?
Hi, you have multiple remedies within the civil, commercial, insolvency and criminal fields of law, if your claim is above one crore and the other side is a company, the best method is to initiate proceedings under the insolvency and bankruptcy code, else you should go for civil/commercial recovery suit

dear sir you have remedy against wrongdoer by filing money recovery suit in court. note that need to confirm transaction amount. if it is one cr and above then it will be filed in commercial court or else in appropriate court.
you also can file application in NCLT.

Hi, if there is a written contract pertaining to supply of goods then you can challenge this non performance of contract in Court. You can file Civil Suit for Specific performance of Contravt against opposite party. Also, for cheating you can register an FIR under Sec 420 of IPC.
