Ongoing suit land acquisition & compensation what amount will receive

I have an already ongoing civil case against govt for ownership right of a gramsabha alotted land to me under 20 point program of 1970s & now comes a govt road project in which my that land is to be acquired, Can i get an stay from the court until last order. If this is not possible, will I be liable for any compensation??
Dear Client, you can get a stay order from high court on this ground. Meanwhile I suggest you also write to the DDA, LAC and other government authorities informing them that such matter is pending adjudication. Final advice can only be given after seeing your case file.
