Old friend working in the same company, creating disturbance

One of an old friend work in a same company. We never interact any way in office. We have a problem I had contacted her out of office. She had filed a POSH case at office though the content of message was just sorry and please ane has no message with sexual implications. I am feeling very much disturbed because of it at work. Can I file a defamation case against her!?
You can lodge a nuisance and harassment complaint in the police station,not a defamation case,

If she has filed a false sexual harassment at workplace complaint then you could a complaint under for bringing a false charge of offence made with intent to injure i.e. fraudulently filing a false sexual harassment complaint despite knowing fully well it is not true.
