OBC certificate requirement for UP Police Computer Operator

I am in a very difficult situation. I have been cleared UP police computer operator Grade A exam & typing is also expected to be easily cleared by me. I am an OBC Non creamy layer candidate. The problem is regarding OBC certificate. Up police recruitment board is only accepting obc certificate that is issued between 1.04.2016 and 19.06.2017. But my obc certificate is issued in 2010 and i have also a latest obc certificate issued in oct 2017. As i belong to a very poor background and also umemployed. so i need this job. It is clearly mensioned in the up police computee operator notificatin that upprb will count an obc candidate in UR category if he/she fails to give the certificate in this time period. As i need this job so please tell me what can i do in this situation and what needful step i can take? Please reply. Thank You in advance.
u belong to OBC category n should get the benfit but since u didn't give the certificate as was required u are at a loss but since u mentioned about a notification which could go in ur favour so u are advised to file a writ petition before allahabad high court where u can get the required relief.

It’s not possible to get a backdate caste certificate so u r considered in ur category, if it is mentioned in advertisement of job that caste certificate should be of specific time period than u can’t get benefit of uf caste certificate
