NPA and BAD Loans, Ex-parte Decree by court

I took an SBI education loan for my B.Tech (2010–2014), with a buffer year in 2015. Payments were irregular due to financial hardship, worsened by COVID and my mother’s reduced income. Since 2017, I have been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder with multiple hospitalizations, making repayment impossible. The loan became NPA in 2023 during hospitalization. I missed a 2024 court date due to critical health issues. I can repay after 1.5 years as my health improves. I have no income or funds for

Ok, how much principle amount you took a and what the interest for the said amount what case has been registered against either negotiable instrument case. Means cheques bounce case or recovery case kindly help me the that relevant information and with case number and the stage of the it is pending for so I can help with the case if possible for its or contesting the case.

in 2024 you missed a court date due to critical health issues then what??? now what is the stage at court, what is the next step for you do you think we have to file a petition for more time or what??
