Q: Legal heir certificate versus family certificate

We r a 7 member family. Having procured family member certificate. How to get single legal heir certificate to claim property inheritance n bank locker access. Other 6 members are ready to tranfer in my name. Please guide

you will have to approach the concerned civil court for obtaining a decree and legal heir certificate in your favour for which a suit has to be filed. Without obtaining legal heir certificate from the appropriate court having jurisdiction, you cannot claim inheritance or bank locker access. the process is not complicated and it can be obtained with the assistance of a competent lawyer within 3-4 months from the date of filing. you can approach me with your property documents like registered sale deed/title deed, GPA (if any) and I'd proofs like aadhar card or driving license, i cam help you out with the case.

Q: Lost 150gms of gold in rtc bus

We were travelling to our hometown during this we had to change a bus while heading into bus due to rush my grandchild fell down I was trying to take her up in the meantime someone behind me steal my ornaments which were in my handbag.i noticed it when I was about to take the ticket and and we stopped the bus and informed it to police they checked the bus and said that they'll register FIR it's been 4 days we didn't got any update on the case. please approach the concerned police station to get updated on your case. however, if no action has been taken by the police, you can address your grievance by sending a request letter to the commissionerate office seeking direction to the concerned police station for filing of your complaint.

Q: False SC ST Case filed by tenant upon demanding rent

False SC ST case has been lodged in the year 2022 on me and my father. Tenant (Open Land) was running a cloth dying business, tenant was not paying rent, and constructed some sheds on my land, those sheds were in abandoned and become place for anti social elements. Upon enquiry we got to know that pollution board has given closure letter of this dying industry in the year 2018 for the reason of no proper wastage water treatment for this plant. However tenant filed case that we damaged plant.

Q: MRO Office Bandlaguda , Regarding issue of Family Certificate/LHC

For a deceased state govt employee, the issue of FC/LHC the field officer says he will issue a hand written certificate, which is valid for bank purpose and he will not issue the online FC/LHC certificate though the application is submitted through Meeseva Counter. Request to know how to get the online certificate. Please guide us on the same.

generally the municipality office/tahsildar has primary authority to issue family member certificate or legal heir certificate, however those are applicable only for pension withdrawal or other bank transactions. you cannot use it for the matter of inheritance. if the property is involved, you need to get a succession certificate from the concerned court.
