Not giving possession of my shop
26-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
My shop was demolished under redevelopment of old buildings.Agreement was registered on 17-03-2017.After three years landlord/builder is not giving the possession of my shop.As per the agreement builder has to give monthly rent but he has not paid any rent in spite of several personal visits.
Please guide me how to get my shop back and how to get my monthly rent dues.
Dear sir it's very interested ,I myself mostly dealing with such type of case ,you have two options 1st without going to court if builder is settled the matter (means give you the rent and possession)for this 1st you have to send any legal notice through any consumer or real estate lawyer ,after that if builder remain failed to comply with the legal notice,you have option file consumer case against the builder

Well, in that case, to get the possession of your newly constructed shop & as such, to get your rental dues, kindly show me the contract in which you entered with the Builder & as such, allowed him to take possession & control of your shop for the demolition purpose & to get it newly constructed.
