Not able to pay the compensation amount awarded by high court, advise

Dear sir,my father took blank land lease on ten years agreement in 1945.they are paid rent yearly regular.my father is expired in 1987 respondent notice issued to me 1988 as per pending rent amount.I am answered that notice but respondent not response that time.he is directly civil suit submitte 1991.am puting minor application is in how many year pending rent & total pending amount.court order as on appliction totaly 20 years.(from 1972 to 1992)per year 600/- total amunt 12000.from that time am regularly am paid yearly 600/- is in court register office.so civil suit is my oppose order in 2015.am civil writ petition submitte in mumbai high court.it is reached on board and decided 20000/-per month only compention amount.I am paid regular but now two months not paid that amount becauce currency problem. please say what is problem creat in my writ.

It is not that big .u have to made one application saying that due to demonization of currency u were not able to pay the amount now u r ready to pay the whole amount or ready to fix in court. So please allow u r application. And after allowing the application u have to pay it. U r case will not harm after this.

First pay the amount as directed by any how with in seven days. There after you can consult local lawyer for execution of order given by honeable high court. For more information give me personal message.

It is clear that you already have engaged an advocate. It is also clear that you dont have faith in your advocate. In this scenerio if you need advice then you should show willingness to pay cobsultency charges for the advice.
