I FILED A CWP IN HIGHCOURT AGAINST A STATE GOVT.DEPARTMENT FOR GETTING INCENTIVE PROMISED BY STATE GOVT.HIGH COURT ORDER IN MY FAVOUR BUT STATE GOVT.DEPARTMENT NOT IMPLEMENTING ORDER FOR THE LAST 10 MONTHS NOR GIVING ANY REPLY INSPITE OF REPEATED REQUESTS.NOW I WANT WHAT IS REMEDY FOR ME TO GET IMPLEMENT THE ORDER OF HIGH COURT EXCEPT COCP BE FILED WHICH IS TIME CONSUMING PROCESS

COCP is the best remedy. Yes it takes time unlike CWP where court must have ordered to decide representation. But, legally saying, its only and only the contempt proceeding that can get you relief. All the best.

Then file an application for disobeying the orders of the court it's sure when there is court order in your favour then it must be implemented if a department don't obey the same then he is committing contempt
