Nominatee addition in disputed property of grand father in law

My grand father in laws have a property which is disputed and case is ongoing my grand father and father is law is no more. I wanted to add my daughter as a legal heir in that property how to add the same. As we have done marriage under special marriage act

yes you can do it. From your question what I could understand is that your wife wish to contest a case before the court of law in place of her father as he is dead. if this is your query then yes she can do it, speak with an advocate who shall guide u to do it, u can also speak with me.
