The NGT order 304/2019 stipulates to keep a minimum distance of 200 metes from public places like road and private places like residential buildings. Is it applicable for the running quarries?

yes. it is applicable to all irrespective of its establishment. the NGT order is applicable to all the quorries and once the quarrie has to function, the same should follow the order mentioned. feel free to contact for clarification if any

The NGT order is binding for all over India. My knowledge some kerala quarry owners going to High court for filling a writ petition against the NGT order. because kerala state cannot applyed the NGT order with this present situation any further clarification please contact me as soon as possible
