New facts be added in letter patent appeal in high court

18-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
Can I add new facts in LPA to satisfy the judge? My civil writ petition has been dismissed. Now I am going to file letter patent appeal(LPA) in high court. So can I add some new facts with the previous writ petition?

You can add something new on the Law points but on the facts, adding something is somehow difficult. If these new points were not available at the time of filing civil writ, then it is sustainable. Any way you may take a chance

As per mandar of LPA, you can not add new facts because in LPA only order/judgement is to be tested. However, if some fact appeared after order/judgement of the writ court, you can file writ petition .
