Network Booster Pole Installation On Terrace

I own a building flat on a plotted development with terrace rights. I had installed an network booster pole on my terrace over the washroom on terrace through authorised Telecommunications provider . This washroom belongs to me. I have all the radiation certificates and MCD permissions. But the other floor owners in the building are objecting and asking me to remove it. They are threatening court case. Whereas I have taken all necessary permissions. Also got the radiation level tested after installation and submit the same with our RWA. How to proceed if my neighbours file court case against me.
hello client as i can see ur issue is really serious in tbos Matter i think you have to move smartly so tht is the other flat owners try to take legal actions agaiant you in tht conditions you shouod be safe. by any adverse action from the court itself instead of any adverse actiom we should obtain a safty sheild from the court itself.

Since you have sought all necessary permissions and approval from the concerned authorities with regard to the installation of network booster pole on your terrace, you need not worry. So far as threatening by other floor owners is concerned it tantamounts to criminal initimation and for that you should issue a legal notice through a lawyer and further file a police complaint
