Neighbours made fake documents how to file complain against them

Our neighbours have modified their gift deed by mentioning conservancy lane in their documents and declared the access way to our house as conservancy. The said area is in our possession and we are using it to access our house. Our neighbours have kept windows and sanitation and rain water pipes in the said area. How do we deal with this? We are afraid one day they may open their doors in our area on the basis of their documents. What should we do?

U file a case against them hat not to allinate or temprory injunction sobthat they will not pdo anthing to your property you appraoach the near by couet n file acase so that they will not interfear in your property
