Neighbour is harrassing me as I'm getting renovation done?

Hi, I purchased opposite flats and got one renovated and now getting another one renovated. My neighbour (whose living below me) is harrassing me since the start of my first flat renovation. We are coordinating with her and getting work stopped in case her kids have exams and even then she is having issues and keep texting us, calling us to get work stopped and complaining why is getting such a long time to get renovation done. Our work timings are 9-6 and sometimes she complains that why have you started work at 9:30, my kids are sleeping (college goers). She has a contact in Police and she keeps blackmailing us through that saying she'll send someone from administration and get the work stopped. We are fed up with her and have been constantly tolerating it since the start of renovation in our second flat ( August 2021). Is there somewhere in Law which proves we are not wrong and we can take actions against her.
