Neighbour installed CCTV camera to record my movement

25-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
Last 1 months,Me and my neighbour are not in good relationship.Instead of that he has installed a CCTV camera outside their shop to monitor the common area between my house. It has been installed in such a way that if the camera angle is tilted, it can look into my house entrance. So that my privacy and my absence and presence are also recorded. What should I do?

No body can interfere with your privacy it's an offence you can move the sub divisional magistrates for removal of the same. You can zlso move court for redressal of your grevence. In case any person install cctv he has also to put a notice near his house

Hi, I'm surprised that you are curious about something fictional. Any one can stall the CCTV cameras for security reasons. Even you too. If a person installed it, in his own property. How you can object to that!
The thing is he is not monitoring anything personal or private. A public path can be monitored for security reasons.
I think you are unnecessary bothering
