Neighbour influenced my contractor

Neighbour influenced my contractor builded property wall leaving 50 square ft. I want to demolish and rebuild. Neighbour is parking vehicles so that I am unable to do any work. What you suggest to solve the problem immediately.

immediate steps to be taken is to file an injunction suit with the prayer that the neighbour shall not make any kind of obstruction before the court against your neighbour where the jurisdiction in which the property situates

Assuming that you are living in a house, I just wants to know , as per your deed , who is the owner of that 50sqft. If it is in your name, then if you want to demolish and rebuild the building by including that 50sqft, Immediately get approval from your corporation/munsipality/localbody with an amended building plan. After that you may start your work. Then you need to file a caveat in your local munsiff court to hear you also , in case if he files an injunction against your building works. If you are living in an apartment then it is bit complicated. You may contact me for further clarification.
