Neighbour has cleared park for his personal parking.

Ours is a small LIG COLONY with limited park area. Some of neighbours ganged up and removed one small park and using the area for personal parking. They are bullying and threatening others. Can we complain somewhere regarding this as park is a public property and should not be used anyway for own parking. Is there any group who takes care to Lodge complaint with relevant department. The person bullying has some known in Mcd. Pls help
Query perused. We advise you to file a suit for injunction thereby restraining the defendants from using the park for parking purposes. It's a public place to be used by kids, elderly people act for recreational activities. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.

It doesn't matter if he have someone known in MCD.He can only know one person or few but can't rule upon the whole MCD.You give a representation in writing to the commissioner of your area and sdm .Your problem will be resolved
