Neighbour complaint against me

2 months ago one of our neighbours on the basis of property issues entered our house and shop and made problem.that person was a child less person so I harrassed him on not having baby and they filled case on that against me and it's pending...do it affect my upsc selection...

no merely because you harrassed some one in such manner won't affect your prospects. but if a complaint is registered in your name you will have to file petitions to quash such proceedings. the rejection of the upsc will be solely for the offences involving moral turpitude

Please check whether FIR against you is filed or not. From your discription of the case, it appears as a minor case. If the case is filed you need to mention it in the application form of UPSC otherwise if they found out about it then it will lead to disqualification. Your appointment may be kept on hold if it an ongoing case. If it is a small case with no substance in it you have an option to quash the FIR and you will be free. For other options you may contact me.
