neighbors children playing cricket outside home causing disturbance
22-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
Our neighbor's children (14-16 years) plays cricket on road outside our home. Creates nuisance and hit ball on the belongings kept outside (like masala for drying, papad, etc). In evening we used to sit outside with our family, then also they plays there and there is always a fear of striking ball on us. We told them several times to not plat here, but they don't listen. Their parents also keep encouraging them and don't say anything to them. What can I do in this matter?
You can make a video of the same and give a written complaint to the nearest police station. The police officer will either come to your house or will call the parties at police station and will give the warning. He can not help more than that.
