Neighbor compound wall built on our side of the property 1.5 foot in
10-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
We have a plot in Hyderabad and last time we went to check, we notices our neighbor has built a compound wall on our side of the property 1.5 food inside. The whole wall which is 18 inches wide is on our side of the plot. We don't know the owner and their contact details to talk to them. We don't live in the same city so its difficult for us to keep checking when they visit the plot.
What options do I have? Is there a way I can get their contact details? Or send some notice so they understand?

you have to send legal notice to him to get compensate or resolve your issue there are various ways to proceed please contact to our office for details to proceed further. They have no right to take inch of your property
