Nehibour dispute and creating nuisance and trespassing

My neighbor who is living in backside of my house and creating trouble my digging hole in common area and threr was path between compound wall and wall of my house that is way to his house inwhich we kept shelter not in his path in our wall that to near our roof that shelter is also there from the day we bought house around 30 to 40 years that backside house person bought house in 2 years back but we are living here for past 30 years and there is provision for that shelter is there in oir agreememt and he is also telling that he will sheet and come into our staircase staircase is belongs to us.the staicaee was bulit in common area but there was provision in our agreement that staircase should be execulsively used by us and person living in our front house.we bought the house woth the staircase that staircase was there for 30 years that back house person has no right in the staircase.the person who is living in front house amd ground floor person are keeping mum on this issue.
