Need Stay order for Illegal unauthorised construction in neighbourhood

How could I get the Stay Order from Dwarka Court, for an illegal unauthorised construction in my neighbouring plot. The area is of Raj Nagar-2, Palam Colony , SDMC Area. Jurisdiction Dwarka Court.

Hi. Civil proceedings in the nature of a suit has to be instituted at a Court of Competent jurisdiction seeking a restraint on the alleged unauthorised construction. Alternatively, you can also choose to initiate criminal proceedings just to gain time for initiating civil proceedings.

Sir, In case your building is being effected with the illegal construction at your neighbourhood, then you can file a case making MCD a party to it. For that you will have to file a complaint with proof to MCD and local police station. In case they fail to take any action, you can file the suit for demolish and stay on illegal construction.
