Need legal advice to deal with issues faced in my neighborhood

Please provide advice to resolve issues people create everyday trouble from all 4 sides of my home(compound walls) as described below: Please note my home is recently repaired and painted 1) 2 sides of my compound wall, (entrance area) there is office building/Restaurant/Grocery store in front of my home people make illegal parking of their 2 wheelers & 4 wheelers causing inconvenience fr us with illegal milk carts, tyre marks,people also litter, leave footwear prints while resting leg against compound walls despite repeated reminders and repeted painting done to cover up tyre and foot prints. 2) On 3rd side of compound wall, building owners takes care of mentally unsound kids & make their staff to use compound wall fr drying unclean big mattresses/mats/cloths making our side of newly painted wall dirty,their kids scream while crying late night/early morning daily 3) 4th side of compund wall, there is apartment whose few tenants throw garbage daily in our cloth drying verandah area.
