Respected sir Kya drinking in public place ek criminal case hai Kya ye government job k liye police verification me dikkat de skta hai Hmara case chal raha hai 2 saal ho Gaye jisme hmara medical b nahi huva tha Plz sir btaye ab Hume kya Karna hoga
Absolutely it is a criminal case normally in such type of case magistrates put fine on accused. You said no medical test taken by police if there is no medical examination by police this point goes to in your favour you should challenge the police proceedings.
