Need help with Change of Date of birth of my father in his passport

Hello ,nMy name is manasa , I live in Australia, during my visa process in 2019 I submitted my father DOB as 1/1/1976, but after wards in 2020 he obtained his passport based on his 10th certificate 1/03/1974 and submitted as proof along with Aadhaar. So , now I want to bring my parents to Australia , if I apply for visa for them it would be a big mess here and my visa would get cancel because of false information. Could you please help me in this case to change my father’s DOB in passport, whatever it takes am ready. As they are very old, they need my support, and I can’t leave Australia as I got citizenship here.please help me in this situation as cant leave my parents here and they need my support in this stage of life. nThanks

hi you need to make an representation to passport authorities to change the date of birth as that you were not aware of the exact date of birth and if they failed to do change then you could file a writ petition against them to change date of birth

due to disparities, it will be refused by passport authorities. the right approach and remedy is to file a suit for declaration to make chamges by way of court order. keep the proof of new d.o.b. and other supporting material. the decree may take about 3 to 5 months in this scenario.
