Need help in filing an application in court

Whether it's mentioned in a civil suit of same property in cj court in the court of same judge, that the value of property is more than 6 lakhs. And the case was dismissed. Can I file an application of 7 rule 11 in another suit ? Becoz the property and cause of action are same.
And I m the defendant in that case.
From what I can understand from your query, yes you can definitely file the application if the same is based on same set of facts and pertains to a similar or same property. You may also produce the previous irder whereby the Hon'ble Court was pleased to dismiss the suit as mentioned by you. This should convince the Court better as there is already an order in your favour. I hope that helps.
