Need guidance on cut off date of result

If the cutoff date for applying application is fixed say 10 days .If result is declared on 11th day in which a candidate qualifies exam .Is he now eligible after cutoff according to law or not.
Yes but through offline mode....u can apply for the form but for it ....u have to get an order from the high court .....for any other query u can callll me.
