Aapke facts se lagta hai ki aapka advocate Supreme Court me matter properly pursue nahi kar raha tha aur case dismiss/ fail ho gaya. Agar advocate ki negligence ya misconduct ki wajah se aapko nuksan hua hai, to aapke paas legal remedy available ho sakti hai. Sabse pehle apne case ki certified copies, orders, vakalatnama aur fee/payment proof collect kariye. Agar advocate ne bina proper information ke case conduct kiya ya absent raha, to aap State Bar Council me professional misconduct ki complaint file kar sakte hain. Agar financial loss hua hai, to consumer complaint ya damages recovery ka option bhi facts ke according available ho sakta hai. Supreme Court aur High Court ke orders dekhkar hi exact remedy batayi ja sakti hai, jaise restoration, review, curative ya fresh proceedings possible hain ya nahi. Delay ho to condonation application bhi lag sakti hai.

aapka case dubara court mai zinda kiya jaa skta hai. Aapke matter se judi hui kuch details chahiye hongi jaise ki Original Application number of the CAT, appeal number jo aapne Delhi High Court mai file kari thi aur Supreme Court mai kab waapsi kiya tha aapke vakeel sahab ne matter
