Name issue in educational certificate

Hello sir/madam
I born & brought up in my mothers home since my 1 year age when my mother passed away.from that time my father along with his family detached with me.where he live,is he alive or not,neither i want to know nor i have any desire to know.ow i become 25th years. though i never seen my father i used LATE before father name in higher Secondary certificate. Can i face any problem duing my govt job verification & during passport making??
NB: I hope you understand the impact on me regarding their presence further.i didn’t want to face any other family member for any circumstances..
you must first check whether your father is alive or not because in near future it is found its something else you can be in deep trouble for the same. still there are ways to sort it out for which more details are needed

You may face problem, as government takes information for different purpose. Technically you cannot declare dead a person for whom you don't have any information. Aside your matter will be decided on case to case basis.
