ok i understand your questions your wife filed falls case against you and your family you should filed squash petition at high court take stay takenagimest FIR and cplsimt then you can squash . it is possible under law

In response to your query that I want to squash the case in High court. My wife filed false 498a, Dvc, Maintenance Cases On My Family Members. you can aproch high court for quashing fir against your family members if you believe they are innocent. Many judgments are there in favour of it.

The entire nature of quashing FIR and subsequent cases depends on facts of the case and document available and previous conduct of the parties. It is best you can go ahead and file 482 petition before high court for quashing the FIR filed in such cases based on evidence and facts of your case. And remaining maintenance you have to contest before appropriate court where the case has been filed

U need to tell more clearly abt it . Were u guys were staying in nuclear family or joint family when case was filed . Circumstances which lead it , any children u have , if she gave source of income etc
