My sister and mother taking away fathers cash and fd depriving me

My father died without a will on 5.1.20.
After this my mother and 2 sisters taking away all my fathers cash fixed deposits and locker.

If your father dies intestate, that means without any will, all you three siblings and your mother are equal owners of your father's movable and immovable property including the cash in bank account etc. Now the situation you mentioned is clearly going to deprive you of your rights. Immediately file an injunction application restraining your co sharers from using any property or accounts of your father till the decision of the Court. If you get the injunction, which in your case is very possible to get, nobody can touch anything further. Many of my clients got relief this way. All the best and regards

you will get equal share from all of it at present you can lodge a police complaint and get them pulled to court and police station so that fear gets in otherwise a civil suit will not be that effective at this juncture
