My neighbour is building G+2 house where they are not leaving 4' space from the common boundary wall. Want to know if there is any law regarding the same that minimum this much space clearance has to be left from the boundary walls while building a House? If so, please guide what procedure I have to undergo to lodge a complaint against it..
