My neighbors take classes in their house. The students are very annoying as well as their parents and they also broke a lift twice. their students park their bicycles in the car parking which we own.they take classes from morning 7 clock to night 10-11 pm.which causes us to shut our doors all the time because of their students & parents who visit their home every 10-20 minutes .

Well, then you should raise this issue in the Society Meeting and request Secretary of the Society to restraint your neighbors from conducting classes because it is creating nuisance since the Students who visit your neighborhood with their parents for seeking classes disturb the peaceful environment as a result of which you are not able to live peacefully due to sound pollution and the Junglee atmosphere which they create.

Firstly you need to check whether your neighbour has taken permission from the respective society and whether permission has been granted to them or not you can raise a complaint to the secretary and chairman of the society as it is posing serious threats to security and peace, excessive engagement of the lift which is causing grave inconvenience to the residents.
