26-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
My mother gave me a property in my name after my marriage. Now as my mother's sister said that dont give it to me as Im an adopted child, she has filed case at the high court for getting back the property and to cancel the deed. She has filed that we have tortured her to write it and she dont have any other place to live in. But she have another land and 30k rupees monthly earnnings. Also in fathers name there is a house and we are living there with my father. The house my mother gave me, we have rented out, and from that earning only I live my life with a 1 year old baby. My mother doesnt want to look after my father nor does she want to stay with him. But she wants the property and give it to her sister. My husband earnings has endes as a result of the kerala flood. Now he has just started a new business. We dont have earninngs like my mom to do cases in high court.

Since there is case as you said, without perusing the papers, it's difficult to answer the queries. Once u receive notice from the court, it will b easy to understand the issue. At present u status as wel as the right and the nature of transaction is not clear to give a definite opinion
